TERMS & CONDITIONS

Payment Terms

✔ Advance payment is required to start any project.

✔ Full payment must be completed before final delivery.

✔ Delayed payments may pause or stop ongoing work.


Delivery Date & Time

✔ Project delivery timelines will be shared before the start.

✔ Delivery dates depend on the project scope and client response time.

✔ Any additional requirements during the project may extend the delivery timeline.


Revisions

✔ Limited revisions are included as per the project agreement.

✔ Extra revisions beyond the agreed number will be charged additionally.


Ownership

✔ Final designs and materials become the client's property after full payment.

✔ Until full payment, all work remains the property of Hyper Catalyst.


Project Cancellation

✔ If the client cancels the project midway, no refunds will be issued for the work already completed.

✔ If Hyper Catalyst cancels the project, a fair refund will be provided based on the completed work.


Support & Maintenance

✔ Post-delivery support is available as per the agreed time period.

✔ Extended support or maintenance services can be availed with additional charges.


Confidentiality

✔ All client information and project details will remain private and secure.


Limitations

✔ Hyper Catalyst is not responsible for third-party service failures (like hosting, domain issues, etc.).

✔ We do not guarantee specific business outcomes (like a set number of leads or sales).
