SALES EXECUTIVE

Are you a Sales & Marketing graduate looking for an exciting opportunity to launch your career? Hyper Catalyst is hiring a Sales Executive to drive business growth and expand our client base. If you have 0-1 year of experience and a background in Sales, Marketing, or Business Studies, this role is perfect for you!

Key Responsibilities

✔ Visit at least 15 shops per day to introduce and pitch our digital marketing services.

✔ Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients.

✔ Maintain and update an Excel sheet with details of every shop visited.

✔ Work towards achieving and exceeding monthly sales targets.

✔ Promote our services and convert leads into confirmed sales.

Preferred Qualifications

✔ Bachelor's degree or diploma in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

✔ 0-1 year in sales & marketing (freshers are welcome!).

✔ Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.

✔ Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable with field sales.

✔ Ability to understand client needs and present tailored solutions.

✔ Basic knowledge of Excel for daily reporting.

Compensation & Benefits

💰 Fixed Salary: ₹6,000/month.

⛽ Petrol/Gas Allowance: ₹100/day.

💼 Commission: 10% on each confirmed order.

🚀 Performance-Based Increment: If you achieve 10+ sales in a month, your salary increases to ₹10,000/month + 12% commission on each confirmed order.
